2nd Annual Pumpkin Patch

Last year both of the local pumpkin patches were closed. So grandma, aunt Michelle, and I each bought a few pumpkins and made Kylee her own mini pumpkin patch in our backyard. Kylee and I both had so much fun that I decided to make it a tradition. This year we stepped it up a notch and added friends, food, and fingerpaint.
Kylee's friends Charli and Gracie came over last night with their parents. The girls had a lot of fun exploring the "pumpkin patch" and chasing each other around the backyard. After we ate they decorated pumpkins with fingerpaint and festive stickers. In addition to their painted pumpkin, the girls got pumpkin shaped suckers and sippy cups to take home. Our hayride and extra decorations fell through, but that's ok. It gives us a way to make things even better next year.
